Can I use Standard for free?
Yes. Standard includes basic image import, floating images, viewing, and common adjustments for everyday reference use.
Is Professional a subscription?
No. Professional is a one-time purchase. After activation, you can use it permanently within the license scope.
What does Professional add?
Professional adds tracing aid, web image picking, multi-image organization, quick arrangement, and collapsing images to the side.
Do future features cost extra?
Future features included in the same Professional edition can be used after installing the new version. Separate products, cloud services, or extra paid services will be explained separately.
How many devices can use one license?
The device limit depends on the purchase page or order description. If you change computers or run into activation trouble, contact official support.
Will imported images be uploaded?
No by default. Reference images, workspaces, and display settings are mainly stored on your local device. PhotoAny does not actively upload your reference images.
Can web image picking work on every site?
No. Login requirements, permissions, hotlink protection, anti-scraping rules, network conditions, and page structure can all affect results.
Can images found on web pages be used commercially?
Not necessarily. PhotoAny only helps you view and organize accessible images from a page. It does not mean those images can be used commercially, reposted, or redistributed. Check the source, copyright, and license before use.
What is the difference between an image link and web image picking?
Pasting an image link is for direct image URLs such as jpg, png, or webp files. Web image picking is for identifying multiple images from a page and choosing what to import.
Can PhotoAny be used offline?
Local reference images and basic floating functions can be used offline. Activation checks, updates, web image picking, and online image import require a network connection.
