Image Workflows, OCR, GIF, and PDF Improvements

• The Workbench now includes a workflow home page that processes only selected images, creates trimmed transparent results in batches, or combines sprite-sheet frames into a GIF.
• Workflow settings now appear on each card and open in a separate edit dialog. Background removal includes green, white, black, and custom colors.
• Workflow ZIP filenames now include the save time. Results are validated and written only after every selected image finishes.
• Windows OCR preprocessing and encoding now run in the background, keeping the interface responsive on large images.
• Added a GIF workspace that splits animated GIFs and combines multiple images into a GIF.
• When splitting, sample evenly up to a maximum frame count or extract images at a specified frame interval; results are renumbered in output order.
• Select split results to import into the workspace or save them together as a ZIP file.
• Preview a combined GIF, import it into the workspace, or save it as a GIF file.
• Improved number-field and action-button layouts and added progress feedback to GIF processing.
• Added PDF tools with sequential task generation, status feedback, multi-file ZIP export, and one-click list clearing.
• Add a screenshot of the current view to a PDF, with the option to hide references before capture.
• Hide the desktop and combine current references into one PDF page using their positions, sizes, opacity, and stacking order.
• Restored the production HTTPS activation and key-validation endpoints and disabled the insecure local licensing endpoint mode.
