PhotoAny Overview

PhotoAny is a Windows desktop floating reference image tool for painting, modeling, design, tracing, illustration, and material organization.

You can pin reference images anywhere on the screen so they stay beside your canvas or software instead of hiding in folders, browsers, or other windows.

PhotoAny has Standard and Professional editions. Standard is for everyday reference use. Professional adds tracing aid, web image picking, and tools for arranging many references.

How to Use

Add reference images from local files, screenshots, the clipboard, or direct image links. Imported images appear as floating windows on your desktop.

You can move, resize, rotate, flip, hide, delete, and adjust opacity. Separate projects can be saved as workspaces so each project keeps its own reference set.

Professional includes tracing aid. It lets you place a reference over your canvas with opacity controls and mouse click-through.

Professional also includes web image picking. Open a page in the built-in browser, select accessible images from the page, and import them into the current workspace.

Pricing

Standard is free and can be used permanently. It includes local image import, screenshot capture, browser import, floating images, and workspace management.

Professional is a one-time purchase. It includes everything in Standard, plus tracing aid, one-click image arrangement, one-click collapse, and web image picking.

After buying Professional, keep your license key safe. It is used to activate Professional features and bind devices within the license scope.

PhotoAny is provided by Beijing Space Software Studio. We care about your privacy and data security. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you visit the PhotoAny website, download PhotoAny, or use the desktop app.

If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the PhotoAny website and software services.

Information We Collect

PhotoAny is mainly local-first. Images, screenshots, clipboard images, workspaces, and local settings are stored on your device by default. We do not actively upload your reference image content.

When you visit the website, the server may record IP address, access time, browser type, operating system, visited pages, referrer pages, download request records, and basic error logs. These records are used for website security, download statistics, troubleshooting, and service stability.

When you download PhotoAny or check for updates, we may process the current app version, operating system, request time, IP address, update result, and download records.

When you activate Professional or verify a license, we may process the license key, license status, device identifier, app version, operating system, activation time, verification time, unbinding time, IP address, and device-limit records.

We do not collect payment-sensitive data such as bank card numbers or payment passwords. If you purchase through a third-party platform, payment is handled by that platform.

How We Use Information

We use necessary information to provide downloads, installation support, updates, license verification, activation status checks, website and app stability, troubleshooting, support, dispute verification, and legally required security management.

We do not use your local reference images to train AI models, serve ads, or support business uses unrelated to PhotoAny.

Web Image Picking

Web image picking helps you view and select images from a web page you enter. PhotoAny requests the page content and attempts to identify images on that page.

The target website may record your visit, including IP address, access time, browser, or client request information. Images, links, scripts, permissions, and access restrictions are controlled by the target website.

You should follow the target website's terms, copyright rules, robots requirements, and anti-scraping rules. Do not use this feature to batch collect, download, distribute, or commercially use images you do not have permission to use.

Unless a version note clearly says otherwise, web image picking is used on your device to help select images. We do not actively upload the web images you choose to PhotoAny servers.

Your Rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of non-essential consent, device unbinding related to a license key, privacy explanations, complaint handling, and other rights provided by law.
